DO NOT USE - FRAUD & UNPROFESSIONAL - They are not the high end agency they claim to be. They sent us someone who didn’t speak english, another person who stole multiple items in the first few weeks in the job, and another person who they claimed was hard working and professional but who suddenly quit and was in fact lazy and falling asleep on the job. We then found out that they fabricated an entire reference call for this last person, tantamount to defrauding us, the client. And all this in a scenario where we are a family of four and already have two other nanny/housekeepers (part time) and a driver that have been with us for many years. When confronted with all this they disclaimed responsibility and were rather focused on agency fees. Terrible service and not elite in any shape or form. Don’t waste your money.
