Had an appointment with Eric Stark today to make some changes to living will and trust. We had sent him documents and copy of or current plan two months prior as requested so he could review it prior to the meeting. We arrived to a dirty, unorganized, hot mess of a firm. Files were vertically stacked on top, under and on the floor. Firm has no dress code and employees looked like they rolled out of bed and came to work. We waited for Eric in the conference room and it was also a hot disorganized mess. He told us they could not find our documents. I asked Eric if he had at least reviewed the documents I had sent. He told me no but wanted to forge ahead. I stopped our meeting at that point and told him to go find document and left. I understand things happen but this was totally unprofessional and cost me a day of travel. I highly recommend you stay away from this firm.

Needing an Attorney is never a good thing, especially when you have no idea how to find one. I spent hours researching on line all the attorneys able to do a probate in Jackson County. I went to see several of them and retained Eric Stark. Best thing I ever could have done for myself and the Estate. Everyone here knows what they are doing and keeps things moving through the system. Johnna, part of the team has helped me through this difficult journey. With her help on my paperwork and listening to my story. RUN AWAY! Eric Stark will NOT FIGHT FOR YOU nor will he protect your estate! He allowed my best friend to be railroaded, robbed of inheritance, slandered and put in jail on a fraudulent restraining order the greediest sister put on him by lying to police! WITH NO RECOURSE! Eric Stark REFUSED TO INTERVIEW ANY WITNESSES, including myself who called and literally BEGGED HIM to hear the TRUTH! My friends greedy sisters and brother squatted in their dead mother's house the day she died, changed the locks, denied my friend who was the actual Executor entrance for 8 months! My friend personally took exceptional care of his mother for 4 years, but his siblings got away with INHERITANCE THEFT BECAUSE OF ERIC STARK WHO LITERALLY DID NOTHING BUT ALLOW OREGON ESTATE LAWS TO BE BROKEN! Also stay away from Sarah Larsen as a P.R. and her husband's law group. AGAIN... RUN AWAY!!!
