Josh Harder turned what was a stressful situation for us into an opportunity to improve our insurance coverage at a lower cost than we had paid previously. He took time to explain everything we asked about (and we asked a lot of questions!) and pointed out details of the coverage that we had overlooked in the past. Josh was polite, professional and patient. We were impressed with his level of competence and clarity in explaining the Erie Insurance policies. I say “policies,” because we decided to insure not only our new car but to transfer all of our insurance polices over to Harders & Bradford.
