Yes expensive compared to moat, but they actually sort your car out properly. I've got a Peugeot which has been using an awful lot of oil - one booking at this garage and they've resolved the issue. I'll be going there again and do an update as i know some garages tend to bother less with customer loyalty, but hoping these are what they appear to be. A garage that provides proper customer service.
Rubbish customer service and expensive prices. I booked my car in to have a fault fixed on Friday and was told it should be fixed by the end of the day. Saying this to me instantly got my hopes up. It got to 5.30pm and still no phone call about my car. I checked and they shut at 5pm. Obviously now concerned I will be without a car all weekend I called, but no surprise they didn't answer, so I left a voicemail. A bloke called me back with not a single apology but instead told me I should understand that my car's in bits and will not be fixed till Monday now. I came here based on good reviews on the local Facebook page. Your manner in dealing with me as a new customer is appalling and you couldn't have given less a damn about my circumstances. Nearly £400 quid later I feel ripped off too. No I won't be booking my M.O.T with your or using you again. I recommend others to be cautious too and take your money elsewhere.
Superb garage. Great customer service. Told price upfront and kept informed of any additional costs. Wouldn’t take my cars anywhere else.
