So I came here in March to get my hair done. The person doing my hair did nothing like I wanted. Not even the same color as in the picture and was not listening about how I wanted hair cut. After the 3rd time of asking I finally just stopped. I'm putting up pictures to show. Anyways the owner said she would go back over my hair but we would have to wait about a month to let my current color fade some. Well when the time came my hair was still pretty dark so over the phone I suggested waiting a little longer. She agreed and I got scheduled for another 3 weeks out. When I got there for my hair we discussed the color I was wanting. Now mind you we had this conversation once which is why she said we had to wait in the 1st place. I am told no. She said to go lighter we would need to bleach and that was supposed to be for my last apt that I missed. (I was in the hospital) she said technically I should have gotten my hair fixed with in 2 weeks from when it got done and I should be paying for this apt. So I had to choose a color that could go over a dark red. SMH will never come back to place.
