I’ve been here for a few weeks, and while my overall experience has been good, there are a few areas that could use improvement. The apartment is well-maintained, and the common areas are nice, but I’ve noticed that some of them appear a bit unkempt. The pool table, for example, is in poor condition and isn't enjoyable to use. As for the gym, it's quite empty and lacks equipment, making it less functional than it could be. If these issues were addressed, it would definitely improve the overall experience.

I went to rent a one-bedroom unit they had listed as available on their website. When I got there, they said those units were “already taken” and only showed me the most expensive option. They charged me $500 to open a profile and run a credit check. I had to follow up after two weeks, and that’s when they told me I was rejected. A second agent said I could try again with a co-signer—another $500 charge. Weeks passed with no update. When I followed up again, they said I was rejected a second time. They only refunded the first $500 after a lot of pressure. It’s been two months, and I still haven’t received the second $500. Total scam. Avoid them.

This was my first time at Espace Montmorency and I will never in my life step foot here again. I had a dinner at Sésame tonight thinking that parking was free during my time, as stated in their website. My ticket was validated by the staff at Sésame and when I went to scan my ticket to exit the parking, the staff at the parking lot made me pay the entire $20 fee to cover the parking because I had exceeded the 3-hour parking (even though Sesame’s website doesn’t mention a maximum time!). I exceeded it by 2 minutes!!!!! When I tried to explain myself, they requested to see my receipt at the restaurant. I replied that I didn’t have it but I could show my Apple Pay transaction that clearly showed the merchant, the amount, and the time, the guy at the parking lot refused to validate this proof and made me pay the $20 parking fee. His tone was extremely rude, reflecting management’s values. I find it very disappointing that this is the way that management teaches and trains their employees. Never again! This was around 10:50 PM when on June 6th.

For visitors, Absolutely good especially if you need to visit place bell area. Make sure to replace your ticket at Cooperative restaurant (the big ones) for small one for example,poulet rouge you can get one one hour free , make to let the security know you where there as poulet rouge will not change the parking ticket otherwise will charge 8$ for one hour
