We have been here a few times. This used to be a great place to shop. Now? Forget it. We have tried three times. The sales staff never greeted us the three time we were there. The receptionist was cold and and didn't welcome us but simply said "What do you need?". We felt like were tress passing. The sales staff on the floor didn't acknowledge us, but quickly looked up and then back down again and stayed at their messy desks. To be clear, this isn't a one off event. As I stated, we have tried 3 times. Never again. I'm not big on posting negative reviews, but it's super frustrating. They have a big show room and we had purchased here with the previous owners. It was a great experience, not anymore. The service at Bain Depot was better, despite not having the same quality products.

Our experience with the staff at St Jerome Plomberium can only be expressed as excellent! Customer service is beyond exceptional - genuine, courteous with customer needs held in the highest regard. Questions are answered quickly and corrective action taken where needed in a timely manner. A special shout out to Audrey for her professional and personal approach. She made our experience enjoyable from start to end. Also to management staff - Isabelle. The personal approach she takes to address concerns and customer questions permeates through her team. From our observation and experience, very good team alignment, focus and purpose. Highly recommend this location and if you have the opportunity to work with Isabella, Audrey or any member of this team, you will not be disappointed.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Espace in that the salesman helped us choose the perfect products for our bathroom remodel consisting of a large base cabinet, double sinks, and high-end faucets. Several months later Espace graciously refunded unspent money on the account for products ordered but unused. We had a very nice expectance with Espace.
