For years I had a profile with this company. As of the date of this review (25/9/20). I was contacted about 4 weeks ago to update/reactive my profile. I said I was looking for a job, and I was informed someone would be in touch in 48-72 hours. Never happened. I e-mailed them two weeks ago for follow up. Never happened. I called them up, the guy I spoke with sound rushed like how dare I distrub him. Hey, I waited almost a month for some simple follow up. Even now I doubt they have my most recent work history. I would be hesitant at best to cold call these guys.

The employee with the extension number of 1241 is very rude. I just called her to follow-up something with her and she replied me in a very aggressive and rude way. She said that I don't need to call her everyday! While it wasn't like that at all and I just wanted to do a follow-up with her. The worst part of it was that I was talking and she suddenly stopped me and literally hung up the phone on me! I'm feeling too much and deeply sorry for this company which wastes your time and hires such rude and impolite people. I hope the managers of this company read this review and think seriously about improving their quality of services!

Had an interview but it was stonewalled, IMO, because I didn't have a car and after doing a 5 second google map search, she could have done before she phoned me, she decided the walk would be a half hour and too much, which left me disappointed and sad. I actually applied for data entry work, to what I thought was directly to an employer, but turned out to be this employment agency, instead. She also seemed to not understand the credential laddering process into Bachelor of Commerce program, which she kept referring to as fifth level, which seemed like a high school level. instead of referring to the 12, 4th level university credits, which I completed, so I have a total of 90 university level credits. She kept going on about the car and the walk, ironically on International Women's Day.

Very toxic environment. I went there today to see what job they can find for me , than I was constantly pressured to sign the contracts without even reading them . which I thankfully read and didn’t like ( they were angry with me because I read it ), than I decided not to apply there and asked for copies of my documents and applications back , the guy started telling me that I can’t have it back because it’s their property , I asked to show me where it’s written that it’s their property , he didn’t . so I tear that apart and threw in the garbage. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE . there is plenty of employment agencies that is MUCH better than this one . I would strongly recommend to stay away from this place . I just had worse experience I ever had in the employment agency .
