I bought my e-bike from Espokes about 8 weeks ago and was extremely happy with the whole service. I have been looking at the Gazelle Bloom bike for a little while online and was happy when I found that Espokes sold Gazelle bikes. I contacted them by email and the communication was great, I received replies very quickly and Laura was very knowledgeable. When visiting Espokes I was able to test ride the bike and was supplied with lots of information. The service was great from start to finish, including the 6 weeks service. They really couldn’t have done more, I happily recommend Espokes to anyone who is looking for an E-bike.
I loved my experience with E-spokes when buying my bike. They were very friendly and had all sorts of bikes for me to choose from, and despite my budget being very low I still found the perfect bike. Communication either by phone, email or in person was quick and so easy. I would definitely recommend them if you are looking to buy a bike but also for their after-purchase customer care.
