Today I called after 3 months when I noticed they stopped my trading.On enquiry I found that Espresso co closed shop on 9.3.25 and transferred all demats of clients to M.Stock co. Check your emails from 20.2.25 upto 17.3.25. Open account with m.stock and claim your demat account and shares therein.
Dear all users, how can you use this app, i am regret to open dmat account in espresso, worst experience, application is not good for beginners, although its name is better but customer service is very worst, application has always show some technical issue try again after some time. also the customer service executive is not helping me in account Reactivation process. they didn't reply on mail. I request Espresso team to help me in reactivation process beacause my account is under Dormant Worst worst worst application and service.
Don't bother with these set of cronies. Hopeless customer care at the time of opening your account. Always glitchy. The worst was their subscription scam where they charge you close to 5k. They do not send you notifications to renew except for the 1st month.. If you have money in the demat account they just deduct and once you even click unsubscibe just even because of poor customer care say even on day 1 you lose the entire amount and they will not allow you to reinstate the subscription . So in short without any service they eat the entire 5k on day 1. The unsubscribe option does not even forewarn you . Sebi should ban these cronies who try to fool customers in the name of such expensive subscriptions sophisticatedly Their app store reviews which they try selling you are nothing but mostly fake. I do not see any positive reviews about them in any trading groups
