Pésima experiencia con Inmobiliaria Bottai. Me entregaron un departamento nuevo con llaves rotas, griferías flojas, puertas sin pintar y sucio. Al retirarme, me exigieron pintar lo que nunca entregaron pintado y hasta reclamaron que el piso estaba sucio. Al año surgió un problema grave (filtración en un piso 16) que jamás solucionaron ni compensaron. Rescindí contrato y aun así me cobraron multa, rechazaron tres veces mi solicitud de no pagarla por una cuestión de lógica. Atención pésima y cero responsabilidad. La encargada de reparaciones y el gerente, dos personas que tienen CERO en atención al cliente. Si vas a alquilar con ellos, documenta todo con fotos: buscarán cualquier excusa para que pagues incluso lo que no te corresponde.
