I have been using Essential Wellness Pharmacy for many years now and have always thought very highly of their staff and customer service. In the last few months though, there have now been two times that I have called for a prescription refill and the refill has been significantly delayed (7+ days from the phone call to the med being shipped), leaving me without medication (and feeling poorly) for a few days. There has to be a better way to communicate about this issue to avoid people going without medication. This last refill has left me feeling very disappointed and frustrated. Edited to Reply: Thank you so much for your helpful response. Both times I was not told that there might be any delay. I do think simply communicating this up front would much improve customer service. I am also glad to know that calling earlier would be an option. I will be sure to do this next time. I have adjusted my review to 4 stars and look forward to an improved experience next time.

I like that this place exists but like others have said, the pricing on some items is way more expensive than most other retail places. But then there were a couple products (specifically brands sold by chiropractors) that were cheaper than what i've paid at a chiro's office and half the price of what amazon sells them for. Everyone has to make a profit so I understand that it depends on how much they are paying for the item themselves. But it doesn't mean i'll shell out an exta $10-$15 for something that I can get somewhere else for a better price. Especially in today's economy. The people are nice but please know, unless they are ND's or have been studying alternative healing methods for a good amount of time, they only share from personal experience. Someone was speaking about how terrible coffee is for your body when there have been studies claiming otherwise. No 2 bodies are identical, thats the most important thing to know. What works for me, might not work for you but I believe in healing the body, not just alleviating some symptoms. They have a small book selection that was very interesting. I bought a book about hormones because that's what i'm interested in learning more about. Hint hint :)

I have been using Essential Wellness pharmacy ever since they opened. Their pharmacy is able to satisfy all my needs as a patient. The pharmacist and staff are extremely professional and help me find the right products To fit my lifestyle and help me we live a healthier life. I would recommend Essential Wellness to anyone wanting to improve their quality of life. I would also like to say to J Couri: to use This platform to under mind a competitor Is weak and cowardly. I have known both owners for many, many years one going all the way back to high school and they are both full of integrity, something you obviously are not. You should be ashamed of yourself. Try selling on your own merits and leave a professional pharmacy with educated licensed professionals alone to do their job. I have no ownership at all in the business just friendship. And I also appreciate people who take care of me my family and my health.
