We stayed at this hotel for almost four weeks, and our experience was truly exceptional from start to finish. The level of service, organization, and kindness made this place feel like a second home. A special thank you to Jairo, Joseph, and Annie at the front desk — they were absolutely amazing. Always friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, no matter the situation. They consistently went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. We also want to recognize the manager, who clearly leads an excellent team, and the breakfast team, who were always welcoming, organized, and attentive. Breakfast was consistently well prepared and service was excellent every morning. The hotel facilities were excellent, especially the pool, which was always super clean, warm, and very well maintained — such a great space to relax after long days. The entire staff showed outstanding customer service, warmth, and attention to detail. Everyone was approachable, kind, and truly cared about the guests’ experience. We are extremely grateful for such a positive stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for excellent service, a friendly atmosphere, and a well-organized place to stay — whether short-term or long-term. We stayed there for 2-3 weeks. Very clean but, if you stay more days. They do not make your bed or change your sheets not give you new towels. I paid $335. a night and expected more. Breakfast was good for 2 days then, they started running out of mix fruits which I love for breakfast. Scrambled eggs were not quit cooked, the chicken/turkey sausage was hard and potatoes was tasteless. People at front desk were nice and friendly but, seems to be afraid to talk to customers. I was told they are not aloud to be speak with customers if it's not pertaining to your rooms or Hotel. I don't like the other customers who are very rude to Workers there. They treat the Hotel Workers pretty bad. You know who you are and you know that what you're doing is wrong. STOP and treat the workers with kindness.

Wonderful Thursday Jazz Night! The singer was great we truly enjoyed the music. The host Girlie was very helpful and full of initiative. The staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the breakfast buffet was very good, and the breakfast staff were friendly, attentive, and kept everything spotless. Would definitely recommend!!

I stayed for two nights and the room service was extremely disappointing. The room was not cleaned at all during my stay. Cleanliness and hygiene are essential in any hotel, and this needs major improvement if they want better reviews. The location is the only good thing about this place.
