This has been the WORST experience I have had with a delivery service. First I was told that someone would reach out to me to schedule the delivery. My package sat in the San Antonio distribution center for 3 days before I had to reach out to schedule the delivery. My delivery was schedule for Friday Feb 21 from 2-6pm. Not once did anyone call to inform me that the driver “ran out of time”. Again I had to call to find out where my package was. When I called to get an explanation, the employee told me that he couldn’t help reschedule an appointment that I would have to wait until Monday morning and someone would contact me (3 days after my delivery was scheduled to arrive). I asked if anyone worked on the weekend and he said no. I also told him the situation of my package sitting around and he said then I should call Monday instead of waiting for someone to call me. I called Monday morning and asked if my husband could pick up the package from the distribution center and I was told that we would have to wait until after 2pm for someone to pull it off the shelf. This has been the absolute worst shipping company and I have already told everyone I know to NEVER use this service.

This is unequivocally the most incompetent shipping company I have ever encountered. They have failed to show up on three separate occasions, demonstrating a complete lack of efficiency, organization, and adherence to schedule. Despite multiple delivery windows, they have been unable to deliver the same item.

I never waste time making reviews but this one seemed to really erk me… I have never heard of Estes so when I bought my new treadmill I was staying positives with the experience to come… we weren’t worried about when we got it if I’m honest but this whole experience has been filled with what felts like automated messaging to attempt to make us feel like the company is super ahead of everything.. instead it ended up making us more annoyed about this delivery with the lack of just hearing one person explain the process to me. I spoke with someone last week when I was told we need to schedule an appt for delivery. Instead of speaking with someone after (we were told we would be called to plan a day) we received a notification of a scheduled time, so we planned for it, then came another message (not a call) that the time was changed from morning to evening.. we rescheduled our plans again..then the day arrives (today) we get a notification (automated) it’s out for delivery (supposedly since 11ish)… now here I am 90 minutes past a scheduled delivery time with a whole day lost and never talking or getting a real person to speak to me.. Hopefully we get the treadmill sooner or later… however, the communication and expectation management is by far the poorest I have dealt with and led me to this review. UPDATE: Got a call at 9:30pm and package was delivered at 10pm. While happy to get the package having super helpful delivery men... Having to try to keep my child asleep, dogs quiet and manage getting the equipment in my garage this late shows how the processing and communication needs improvement to assist general improvement in QOL.

TLDR: Avoid unless you hate yourself and want to do extra work to get your money back. If I could give negative stars I would. We ordered a vanity through Lowe's and the option to ship to store wasn't available. We purposely ordered a month before our remodel to ensure and extra two week barrier in case there were shipping delays. After three weeks we reached out to Estes to check the status of our package that kept getting pushed back with no definitive delivery date. When we emailed they told us that they attempted to deliver but our address wasn't coming up in their gps system...lie #1. Another week went by so we reached out to Lowe's who opened a support ticket. They told us Estes had three days to verify they had the vanity and give us a definitive delivery date. After two days, Lowe's reached back out to say Estes had tried to call us but we wouldn't answer...lie #2. We provided Lowe's with our email trail proving we had provided our full address, phone number, and email address and that they had verified they had all of our information. We called Estes to ask if we could pick up the package ourselves since the warehouse was only 15 minutes from our home. Went to pick it up today and, well, just look at the pictures. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
