Susan HeathPhilippa is lovely lady. And very knowledgeable within her profession. I firstly had a consultation to discuss different options for eye area. I decided on the Polynucleotides under eye treatment. I have now just had two out of three sessions. This is my first experience of aesthetics, so was a bit nervous about having the injections. But Philippa made me feel at ease, and put numbing gel around area, she did also offer ice pack if needed. It did admittedly sting, but I managed without ice pack on these occasions. I had couple of small red marks afterwards but by the next day they had almost disappeared. It takes time for the polynucleotides to do their work , but so far I am very pleased with results, it still looks natural which is what I wanted , And makes me feel a bit better about myself !
