I was already having a bad day and on top of the excellent service re the car, I was asked if I was OK twice and was told if I needed to talk that I could talk with staff privately in a private room out the back and that the offer was there at any time even if I wasn't going in re my car. I was to say the least blown away. I certainly didn't expect such human kindness along with such excellent service. I would highly recommend these guys and girl for your car needs and if you are in need of some lovely human contact. 😊
