An sich macht Eti ihre Arbeit wirklich gut nur leider habe ich noch nie so ein unprofessionelles Verhalten erlebt was die Terminvergabe angeht wie in diesem Studio. Erst bekomme ich vor knapp einem Monat eine Nachricht, wann wir den Termin haben, dann stehe ich zum Termin vor dem Laden. Niemand da. Nachdem ich dann angerufen habe, wurde mir mitgeteilt, dass sie krank ist und mir absagen wollte. Sorry Krankheit hin oder her, man sollte schon so professionell sein und seine Termine absagen und nicht die Menschen vor einem geschlossenen Laden stehen lassen. Finde es den Kunden gegenüber auch sehr respektlos.

Dieses Studio ist absolut empfehlenswert!!! Eti ist ein ganz liebes Mädel, die einem immer herzlich begrüßt. Durch die tollen Gespräche mit ihr vergeht die Zeit sehr schnell. Sie arbeitet sehr sorgfältig und professionell. Ihre Räumlichkeiten sind sehr sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail gestaltet und dekoriert. Ich gehe total gerne zu ihr... Eti du bist spitze ;)

Ich bin zum ersten Mal bei Eti gewesen und bin super herzlich empfangen worden! Man fühlt sich bei ihr im Salon direkt wohl, alles ist super sauber! Die Behandlung war sehr gründlich, Eti hat mich ausführlich über die Pflege informiert. Kann ich definitiv weiter empfehlen! Hinweis: Man muss klingeln bzw. einen Moment warten bis Eti öffnet, die Tür ist abgeschlossen wenn Eti nicht vorne im Empfangsbereich ist!
