I had an amazing experience at this salon, and I can’t say enough good things about Kaylee! The salon itself is beautiful, professional, super clean, organized, and it even smelled wonderful. All of the staff were so friendly and welcoming, but Kaylee truly stood out. I came in with grown-out, messy hair and wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted. She greeted me warmly (even though I arrived early), listened carefully, and somehow gave me exactly what I had in mind—even when I couldn’t describe it well. She was so polite and professional, checking in with me throughout the process, asking for my opinion, and immediately making any adjustments I asked for without hesitation. Kaylee’s talent and dedication really show, and she made sure I left feeling confident and happy with my hair. She is truly amazing, and I highly recommend booking with her!

To be a salon with a 4.9 rating I was devastated to say the least. I was going to hold off on writing a review due to my stylist being nice but what happened to my hair needs to be shared. I came in for a consultation due to having years of dyeing my hair myself, I was scared of breakage and wanted to have a professional opinion. My hair was very processed and I specifically mentioned if we couldnt lighten my hair we could just deliver some color. I was confused when the stylist said we could go lighter having my suspicions but decided to go along with it due to her being a professional. The day came along and there was no strand test because “she’s worked on hair more processed than mine” I should have advocated for myself yet this was my very first time in a salon in my 20some years, I trusted her. I mentioned not wanting to go too short with my hair cut due to past experience with short hair and she agreed, she added layer in my hair which was what I asked for and we took about an inch off. The bleaching process came along and we sectioned my hair into 4 quads, my hair is very thick. The lower of my head was left sitting in bleach for about an HOUR AND A HALF. The whole bottom part of my hair WAS MELTED OFF. The next day I had SCABS all over my lower head due the burn and was told my scalp was “dry” it was itch, rough and heavy, mind you I had about 3 inches of roots I hadn’t touched due to wanting to have my hair professionally done. I’m not sure if the bleach was too strong, left on too long or wrongly applied but there’s a spot on my hair line where my hair IS A STUB nothing, but melted off hair. The stylist was panicking and I felt like I wasn’t I safe hands anymore, we decided on a darker color due to the large difference between my roots and ends, I haven’t seen myself in dark hair in years so this definitely was worrying crying over. The color was uneven, my roots are more red and my ends are darker, it’s faded AWFULLY after only a week, I haven’t done this bad of a job on my own hair since maybe my freshman year. I feel like all of this could have been avoided with a simple strand test but it felt like this salon cared more about your money than the actual care for you hair. I cried leaving with half of my hair and payed nothing. With this experience I won’t be returning to any salon in a near future and have decided to stop dyeing my hair and start a growth journey.

Evy did a scalp treatment on me that felt amazing and the results of the health and color of my hair improved drastically. I also had a cut and she styled my curly hair and taught me how to care for my curls to make them bounce. Evy is not only extremely talented but she is kind and compassionate and makes sure her clients are happy and comfortable through the entire experience.

Dayana was my stylist, my first time at BelaVie. I am 100% gray, but not ready for that quite yet. I asked her for all over Brown with blonde highlights and I was so nervous because I’m highly allergic to hair color if it contains PPD. She consulted with the owner and together they came up with a plan for the perfect product on my hair to keep me from having an allergic reaction and not only was my skin completely fine, but the color is just beautiful. The salon is gorgeous and everyone was so nice.. thank you guys , I’ll be back! Christina
