We fell in love with Lake Park back in November. I can’t count how many times we visited the model home and toured the spec homes. CA was extremely patient and never pressured us. He also didn’t dismiss us once we told him about how we were having difficulty selling our previous home, currently locked in a lease, and our desired price point.
