From our first meeting he was authentic, genuine, and intellegent, and I felt like he really listened to me and what my needs were. In the past, I have had experiences with other family law attorneys who seemed to go out of their way to rack up the billable hours, but Mr. Taylor was always mindful of not spending more time with me than was needed, but balanced that with spending enough time to adequately represent my case. When my goal was to keep things as civil as possible, he listened, but when things were made more challenging by the other side, he was able to pivot and really use his knowledge of the law and years of experience to meet the challenge head on and represent my interests to the fullest extent of the law. He was patient when I called or emailed with questions during the most difficult part of the process and stayed in contact with me throughout the duration of the case. And although not required, when he would mention his wife in passing conversation, he would always speak of her in a respectful and loving manner, which I appreciated in my divorce attorney. Evan seems down to earth and will likely be wearing the coolest hat in the room, if you get the chance to meet him, which really adds to the charm. I cannot say enough good things about my experiences with Evan Taylor and would recommend him as a divorce attorney to anyone who needs one.
