My husband and I had a wonderful experience working with Alison for our wedding at the Morris House Hotel on 5/31/25. When we first toured the Morris House last year, we met Alison, who is also the Venue Coordinator at the Morris House. We knew that we wanted to work with her as our day-of coordinator as well because she responded to emails very quickly and she is very personable. She really helped us bring our weddings ideas to life while also being extremely organized. She made a google doc with the wedding timeline and details that she shared with us, and she promptly updated it each time we discussed something. Alison also recommended wonderful vendors for us to book, and the wedding day went wonderfully! My family absolutely loved working with her as well during the ceremony rehearsal and wedding day! I got so many compliments about how beautiful the wedding was, and everything on our wedding day went super smoothly. I am someone who loves being organized, and I felt very at ease knowing that Alison was even more organized than myself. I also loved that any time I sent her an email, she would provide a detailed response very quickly. I also loved the Morris House Hotel as a venue, though I think that Alison does her services for other venues in the Philadelphia area as well. I very highly recommend working with Alison.

I wish I could give Alison 10 stars!! She truly helped make our wedding day on 10/4/2025 perfect. We used her day-of package but Alison was present, professional, and helpful from the day we booked with her! She made our backyard wedding move beautifully the whole day. She kept all Communications with vendors seamless and efficient. Her attention to detail to our visions are so so much appreciated! She heard what was important to us and made sure to pay extra attention to those things! She jumped on calls at literally any time of the day to work around our schedules and our other vendors schedules! Not to mention since it was a backyard wedding (a space she is not familiar with) she made multiple trips to our home to familiarize herself with the flow on the way the big day would go! Alison is professional, has fun ideas, and truly lets the bride lead the way on the visions and decision making! I will miss working with her!

There are not enough words for how excellent Alison was through our entire wedding planning process. We got married at the Morris House Hotel and hired Alison for additional coordination assistance. Alison from the beginning was so responsive and incredibly helpful when searching for vendors. She has the vision for weddings and the personality to work with anyone. Family and friends were so pleased with how smoothly everything ran the day of our wedding. Alison truly has a talent for event coordination. My husband and I were at ease through the entire process and are incredibly grateful for all the time Alison put into us! You won't regret hiring Alison for any of your event coordinating needs :)

Alison and Becca with Events by AFG did an amazing job for my wedding at the Powel House! I needed assistance with my day of coordination and Alison was able to step in and create a detailed timeline with everything my husband and I wanted to include for the big day. Alison was very thorough with the flow, the layout of the space and coordinating with the caterer, house manager and our audio technician. With her wealth of experience, she asked all the right questions in helping us to identify items we might have overlooked otherwise. Alison and Becca were instrumental in making sure the day ran smoothly and it absolutely did! Both were so easy to work with and accommodating to any special requests. I highly recommend Alison and her team for your wedding needs, you'll be in great hands!
