When my husband Arun and myself set out to plan our daughter, Veda's Sweet 16, we knew we didn’t just want a party—we wanted an unforgettable experience surrounded by family and friends, wrapped in the luxury and beauty our daughter deserved. We knew we need someone to help us manage everything from vendors to decor and once we hired Tonya, our vision began to come alive. She got to work and assisted us in communicating with the venue to get what we wanted, choose the best vendors, and before we knew it the design we had in mind began to emerge. From breathtaking tablescapes to the opulent backdrop design and balloon arch with shades of blue (our daughters favorite color) to the elegant gold accents, every detail was designed with love, ensuring that Veda felt like royalty on her special day. And when challenges arose, we faced each decision together as a team, turning obstacles into opportunities to make the celebration even more extraordinary. Our one wish was to give Veda a moment she’d cherish forever—that is what made this event truly magical.

Tonya did an excellent job with our surprise 50th Wedding Anniversary dinner. She put together the venue, helped me make all the decisions for the menu, cake, flowers and the photographer. Being from Pittsburgh years ago and now an out of towner, she was invaluable to me in her research and handling of our event. The night before our event she helped obtain a reservation for my wife an I at our desired restaurant and we were treated like family members by their staff. She worked closely with our out of town guests with transportation and hotel needs. She worked with Event Rentals of Pittsburgh and Ultimate Entertaining to provide a Pittsburgh slant to the festivities with an audio guestbook and a video montage of our past 50 years together. I would highly recommend Tonya for her event planning experience.

I cannot recommend Tonya highly enough; she is incredible. When my wedding venue cancelled on us two and a half months before my wedding, I called Tonya out of the blue with a “weird request.” I asked if she could call her contacts to see what other venues were available on last minute notice. Tonya dropped everything to help us, working late on a Thursday night and finding two incredible options for our wedding. I know that this is Tonya’s business, and she is clearly very good at what she does. But in my short time working with Tonya, she showed me through her actions what an incredible person she is, and how she was willing to drop everything to help a bride and groom she had never met. She wanted to help us not because it would make her a lot of money, but because that's just the type of person that she is. Pittsburgh wedding couples – you can rely on Tonya to deliver whatever it is you need, thank you Tonya!!!

Put simply, you need Tonya and her 21 years of experience for your wedding! Looking back, I don’t know how we ever even considered pulling it off without her. Shortly after meeting her, my wife started to refer to Tonya as her“Fairy Godmother”. She is the perfect mix of professional and fun, open-minded and detail-oriented. She eliminated so many of our worries with her calm reassurance. We had quite a few non traditional elements and “surprises” for our guests that she helped us pull off flawlessly. One of these involved having her and her daughter hide our Irish dance shoes outside of the reception tent and help us to discreetly put them on to surprise our guests with an Irish jig leading into our first dance. It’s worth mentioning that even if a ceremony or reception site has a coordinator, they work for the venue and not you as a couple. The peace of mind of having Tonya on your side to help you navigate the whole process is priceless. And it doesn’t hurt that her husband is an amazing DJ! 😉
