I’ll preface this with I’ve never written a review before; however, after my experience with IROOF MINNESOTA, I felt compelled to do so. From start to finish, their team was professional, punctual, and highly skilled. They provided a detailed estimate, answered all my questions, and went above and beyond on all aspects of the project. Moses, Chris, & Leo were easy & great to work with. They exceeded my expectations. The job was to trim & remove some ivy from reaching my roof. Not only did they do that, I got a honest roof inspection. My patio was cleared of the cuttings and blew it and my driveway off to remove leaves that were there before they arrived. I talked to many roofing companies, as I needed a replacement of my ridge vent asap, as it was damaged and there was a leak. I received an immediate response from IROOF. They gave me the most fair price, and the ridge vent was replaced the next day. They took pictures after the project was done, so I could see what it looked like. I am very satisfied and plan on hiring them if I have any future roof problems. They also did not pressure me, like other companies to replace my entire roof when it was not needed. Communication was great all during the process.
