I visited your Timpsons branch located in the peacocks centre Woking to get some boots reheeled. Your colleague that served me introduced himself, and told me his name was Connor. I explained to Connor what I wanted doing to my boots and he said that, he would see what he could do, as the boots are quite old. When I went to collect my boots, I met Connor again, he told exactly what he had done. The workman ship was outstanding, and my old boots, looked like new again!!! I was so impressed, I took a second pair of boots there for the same , and both pairs look absolutely amazing. I'll give 5 stars!! A great guy, and an asset to TIMPSONS.Thank you Connor, I'll certainly be coming back
