Evernew Recovery and Rehabilitation

I trained under Audree’s guidance for several months through the Return to Play program and will do it again! I came to Audree because I had various slow-burning body aches and pains that I could never shake on my own and knew getting stronger was key. She gave me customized training instructions and helped me gain more confidence in my workouts.

I am a triathlete and as such I have a tendency to overtrain and suffer from chronic injuries. Audree has not only kept me in racing form but she has helped me with my balance and stabilizers, both of which were sorely neglected for decades despite seeing different athletic therapists. Not only does Audree fix the problem she is huge on preventative measures. Because of her amazing insight and talent I have had an amazing season and remain injury free. Two things that don't necessarily go hand in hand with someone my age. Thank you Audree!!!

Very pleased with my treatment. Audree was able to pin point the cause of my pain, treat it, and create a solid and easy to follow plan to get me back to being pain free. I'd definitely recommend seeing Audree if you are in the need for an athletic therapist.
