I’ve been seeing Anouline for almost a year and a half now, and I can honestly say she’s had such a real impact on my life!!! She’s the perfect mix of empathy, professionalism, and structure, and every session actually feels meaningful. She creates a safe, comfortable space where I feel heard, supported, and challenged in the best way possible! Fitlab is a wonderful women’s only gym. As an older woman who had never before done resistance training, it would have been unthinkable and probably dangerous to just start anywhere. Komal is patient, caring, attentive AND CAREFUL. I feel healthy and strong and very grateful for my experience to date. I very much recommend Fitlab. The mix of ages and the comfortable atmosphere makes it a wonderful place to get fit.

I was training on my own but I didn’t see results and training felt like a chore. A friend recommended Fitlab and I am so happy that I came here! I started training with Komal in October 2024 and I have not only seen results physically but also mentally. Komal listened to my goals and created workouts that would help me achieve them. During the sessions she’s very attentive, she explains the exercises in detail, she ensures that I do them properly, gives tips and encourages me. The gym is very clean, has a lot of equipment and everyone is nice. I absolutely love that it is a women-only gym and it is really a safe space. I always feel comfortable here. Komal always pushes me with her workouts, she made me realize that I am stronger than I think, she increased my confidence, and she made me enjoy training. I became consistent with my training thanks to her. I am very happy with my decision to come here and I recommend it to any woman who wants to start working out with a personal trainer! You won’t regret it! May 2025 update: After I finished my 12 sessions package with Komal, we came to an agreement where she would create a program I would follow on my own and we would have monthly check in sessions. She cancelled my first meeting with her twice and then ghosted me. Last time I heard from her is May 8th. I reached out on the 12th and the 20th and got no response. I find this really disappointing and unprofessional from her.
