Do not believe these fake five-star reviews, this company is a scam. I placed an order on January 18th, and after patiently waiting for three weeks I attempt to contact customer service (You will not be able to get ahold of anyone over the phone and will have to do so through email). Customer sales rep tells me though email that unfortunately they are having "shipping issues" and the product has not shipped yet. I requested a refund, so hopefully I won't have to go through my bank to get my money back.

Don't use this company. They offer products for very low prices and then you never hear from them again. Had to track them down to see what was holding up my order placed about a month ago. After 3 days, I just get an email that my order was canceled! What about the products I ordered and needed? They said they had to cancel it because the USA doesnt accept flammable products?! What?! There are air freshner refills and get them from China all the time usually via Temu. Will never use this company again and recommend you do the same. I order stuff on Temu for cheaper and it always arrives, never canceled. Check Temu first!

It is fine place to go for some discount. They offer on time customer service. The shipping is fast. I got my item in 3 days without shipping fee. Now I come EM weekly to shop. Nice place.
