Happy customer here 🙋🏻‍♀️ My ps5 hdmi port was not working so I contacted Tony first thing in the morning on a Friday. I dropped it off around 9:30am and by 12PM was repaired! I spilled a drink on my laptop and Tony was able to get the keyboard and palm rest replaced! He even took a look at my motherboard and luckily it came with a protector. Kept me updated with photos which I really appreciated and had the part ordered and done in a less than a week! It runs amazing and no more sticky keys (plus relief that I didn’t destroy my laptop) I’ve already recommended him to a couple of people and will continue to do so!
