Chad was great! Had a hard drive crash on my iMac. Chad was friendly. It is a straight forward issue. Chad gave me some options for a new hard drive. Informed me of the price and estimated date when I would have my machine back. Got home, turned it on, everything was there as I had a backup. Chad had restored the backup for me.

I was in Gainesville on vacation and my Mac book pro died. I was on YouTube freaking out and watching Louis Rossmann videos about how Mac sucks and right to repair is evil and how Apple purposely destroys your soldered sd card with 13 volts! I thought I was cooked for sure. Then I went to see this guy. He doesn’t even have a YouTube channel but he should. I left my 2019 machine with this strange man and in 24 hours he already had Apple certified parts in his store ready for my machine and in 48 I had my machine in hand ready for work again. This guy is an artist with these new Apple Logic boards. Send your machine to him when it breaks. If it wasn’t for him my digital existence would be dead. Even better is that he didn’t even steal my private keys from my MetaMask wallet. This guy is 100% top shelf. Apple certified does not do him justice. Gratitude is all I have for this guy, he is doing the Lord’s work.

Update: A Culture of Improvement I have used Everything Mac four times. This last time, they were able to make a board-level repair on the chip that regulates power, which is technically challenging, and I believe they did it in house. They also cleaned out my butterfly keyboard. The entire service was performed in less time than I expected. The whole service has a 15-day warranty. I did not have these before, and they support my hypothesis that Everything Mac is learning new techniques to manage an increasing variety. *** These guys are incredibly professional. I have come to them twice, once for a battery replacement for my iPhone 7 and once for a keyboard replacement on my 2016 MBP. Their services are reasonably priced, they appear very knowledgeable, they treated my courteously, and solved my problems rapidly. I strongly recommend Everything Mac. I have used their service again, and not only did they do an amazing repair by reflowing the motherboard to re-flash the power controller, but they returned my laptop to me completely cleaned up. I have the butterfly keyboard, and they did an amazing job cleaning it out. I would pay them just for that service.
