I cannot say enough good things! I contacted Salvage for a roof inspection as my roof was 17 years old, and Salvage is probably the best advertised business in the area. Dustin was fantastic. He found wind damaged shingles on our roof, and we ended up getting a full roof replacement through insurance (Something I did not expect). The communication from Erika and Morgan during the process was top notch, and very little was needed from me which made this stress free. The job itself was quick and complete within about 7 hours. Ms Teddy was another great resource during the construction. There’s a couple things that really stood out to me as going over and beyond. 1) While completing my roof, they noticed a piece of rotten cedar in the front of my house, and they took it upon themselves to fix that as well. 2) The gutter install was scheduled for the very next day, and we second guessed ourselves last minute on color selection once we saw the finalized roof. Despite the purchase in advance and scheduled work on a calendar, Salvage understood my home project needs and was able to change the color and reschedule with no fee. To be able to do this on less than 24hrs notice was impressive. Details. Communication. Customer Service. Affordability. Every single person I interacted with was great. Sorry for the novel, but they deserve it! A++ We will be back when it’s time to do siding!

Savage Roofing is exceptional service for a fair price. We had to have part of our roof replaced the Savage team came to my house prepared, understood the problems and what product I had before matching everything perfectly. You have a project manager onsite making sure everything is done perfectly. The installers are so clean and professional, not one scrap of garbage was left when they were done. Communication was 10 out of 10. Between the quoting, scheduling and work you are always left informed. The icing on the cake was the job report when they were done where you saw the before, working being done and after. It is refreshing to have a company be so transparent, communicate so well and OVERDELIVER on expectations. You want a quality job for a fair price Savage is the only game. I was so impressed with the roofing job I had them also replace my gutters and again they overdelivered with quality of work and product.

Lori & John Fowler I did a whole review a few weeks ago, but I can't find it , so i'm going to try again. We knew we needed a new roof and we chose Savage because they did many of the roofs in our neighborhood. They all looked great. At the first meeting Danny explained all the steps to us and let us know exactly how the process would work. We really appreciate that they took control and handled the whole process of dealing with our insurance company. From start to finish we were kept in the loop and when we did have a question it was answered quickly. On the day we got our roof, we couldn't believe how smoothly things went. Teddy, the Project manager, came to the door and let us know she was there to oversee things. She gave us her number so we could communicate in case we had any questions during the process. She kept us updated throughout the day and by the afternoon we had a beautiful new roof. They also did a great job of cleaning everything up when they were done. We would highly recommend Savage for all your roofing needs
