I got a perm here just under a month ago and unfortunately it hasn’t held up at all. By the second week, my hair was pretty much straight again. At first, the perm itself looked great and I was happy with the results, but it quickly unraveled, even though I carefully followed all the aftercare instructions (no washing, no hats, no compressing). The lady who did my hair was very nice and professional, but for the price I paid, I expected much better longevity. Because of that, I wouldn’t recommend it. EDIT After management reached out to me, they offered to give me another perm at a discounted rate, which doesn’t make much sense considering the first one only lasted two weeks and I would be just wasting my money. To make matters worse, there’s a refund policy that supposedly only allows no type of refunds within the first week, but this policy isn’t stated anywhere. If you’re a man looking to get a perm, I’d strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere unless you’re okay with wasting your money.

Had a lovely experience at this Goa location!!Eve took great care of me! She nailed the long layers and curtain bangs I wanted. She was gentle throughout, especially during the shampoo and blow-dry, and what stood out most was how she checked in every step of the way. Eve made sure I was comfortable with the length before she cuts the layers, something I really appreciate. You can tell she genuinely cares about getting it right. I’ll definitely be coming back to her for my future cuts!🥹 All the other staff at this location were also super polite and welcoming. Great vibes all around!
