I took posing lessons from Mary for my first ever bikini competition. Mary explained me everything, step by step, gave me a lot of confidence and she knew exactly what poses will make me look the best on stage. I took 2 silver medals in two categories, thanks to Mary!!!

I was referred to Mary as a posing coach for my first fitness show. I was very nervous about this part of the preparation for the show, but Mary displayed a very warm down to earth personality that made me feel welcome and at home. How she was able to articulate and teach posing was extremely impressive, and her knowledge in the sport is immense. Mary created a routine specifically for me and what highlighted my shape best. She was VERY patient which I appreciated, and in time I gained more confidence in my posing. She provided a lot of insight, and went above and beyond for me when I needed extra help. She turned what was the most daunting part of the process for me into the most enjoyable. I highly recommend Mary for all of your posing needs, but I’m sure she also makes a fantastic coach and trainer as I’m sure she is phenomenal at anything she does. Mary is a true professional.

Mary is an absolutely wonderful person and coach. She helped me tremendously with bodybuilding posing technique which she is excellent at. But she was also always willing to go above and beyond to help me tweak certain areas of my body by giving me advice on how to target those areas with bodybuilding techniques as well. She is easy to get along with and knowledgeable. I would recommend her highly.
