I LOVE Evolution Hot Yoga! Ginny is a phenomenal instructor who pours her love, knowledge, and appreciation into everyone who attends her sessions. I have been a few times now, and as someone who has RA, I am amazed at my abilities to move easier and feel better. There is absolutely no shame about resting or going at the pace or level you are comfortable at. This is the best hot yoga studio and atmosphere I have been to in years!

I came to this class for the first time with a few friends and didn’t quite know what to expect but I had a great time in the class with Ginny! She is a great instructor who fosters a welcoming and inclusive environment to people of all different abilities and skill levels. I had a great workout-I didn’t know I could sweat so much. It was a great environment that gave me some much needed Zen for finals week. I will definitely be coming back. Thanks Ginny!

This was an amazing experience. Definitely look forward to going again. I’ve only done a few yoga classes in the past this was my first hot yoga. I loved her teaching style. The class ranged from beginner to advanced. There is no pressure or judgement within the class. It’s all about your relationship with yourself and body. The teacher is a wonderful guide, helps to motivate you, and she creates a great balance between fun and relaxing!
