Hannah is an exceptional therapist. I started seeing her in October 2024 during a difficult time, and her guidance has been life-changing. She listens patiently, asks the right questions, and helps me process my emotions. I now see the world differently and am more self-aware, making life much more peaceful. I am so grateful to have Simar as my therapist, as she has been incredible in helping me understand my emotions and thoughts when it comes to relationships, family life, career and has played a huge role in helping me grow the past couple of months. I am very glad that I took the steps to help learn the coping skills and techniques needed to manage my stress and have seen very positive outcomes.

I've been working with Rachel for about a year and a half now, and she deserves so much credit for who I am now and how I feel about myself and my life.
