Florence is an amazing trainer and a great person! I reached out to her because I didn't think it was possible for me to change my lifestyle on my own. I am a plus size women and was always very uncomfortable at the gym. Florence has a wonderful small space that is great for one on one or small groups that has all the equipment you need. I have never felt judged by her during any of the process. I came in very emotional about starting this journey, and she was very supportive. She makes an amazing fitness plan that will always keep you pushing to do better. She also helped me change my diet. Everyday is another part of the challenging journey, but Florence is supportive and always willing to answer questions (no matter how many you have). I have been seeing her for 5 months now and I feel better about my life and body in so many ways that I didn't even know were possible. Florence is willing to help with any goal you and will make you feel good about doing it! Thank you Florence for everything! 10/10 would recommend

Florence has been a miracle for me. She has been a cheerleader, an amazing trainer, a bit of a counselor and also never judged me for one second for starting so far from even step one. I've done things I thought I could never do and have learned that this isn't about losing weight or looking better, Florence taught me this is about being strong and powerful. Mostly, she becomes your friend and pushes you to start to love yourself again. I cannot recommend her enough.

I reached out to Florence with a goal to start a healthier lifestyle. Being a plus size woman and 17 I always felt uncomfortable at the gym. Florence accepted me where I was at, and helped me gain strength and confidence not only in the gym but with myself. I also saw Florence for nutrition coaching and in a couple months I lost over 10 pounds. Physically I feel amazing and am so grateful for Florence as she has had a big impact in my life.
