The person I called over the phone was wonderful and helped me find the exact brand and model of the smoke detector I needed, and even reserved one in store for me. The staff in the store were really great, too. As someone who was very stressed out about finding what I needed before the electrician came over the next day, I was very grateful for their help and kindness.

Called here for some help - LEAST HELPFUL, ABSOLITELY USELESS STAFF. One would think an electrical wholesalers would have electrical information besides 'google it'. Gee thanks, I did already and google also brings up other wholesalers. 0 Stars. Do better.

I would recommend finding your electrical supplies elsewhere. Customer service at the front desk at the Whitemud location was short, irritable, and avoided returning my initial greeting; beyond that, I found that the price for my required items was significantly higher (12.5%) than any of the other electrical supply shops I called after my bad visit at Ewel. When I confronted the sales staff with his apparent bad mood, asking if everything was okay, I was told that he was just trying to "get me what I wanted." Okay. But that's the minimum of what you're doing here: isn't it the goal of any customer service person to try and foster an amicable rapport with a client? If not, then why am I coming to you guys? If I can go to the countless other supply stores and the city and "get what I want", why would I ever choose to go to a place where the staff are rude and the prices are higher? You can treat me poorly OR give me a bad price. I'd probably still give you 3/5. Just don't treat me poorly AND give me a bad price, gents.

We have been very happy with the exceptional service we receive on our every visit, Until I went to return some stuff today. I was served by a very nice lady that helped me with all my returns and purchases. As I was about to leave one of the employees named Dave started screaming and yelling about a minor dust on some of the receptacle boxes I returned .( I even offered to dust it ) His behavior was disrespectful and unacceptable. I would have rather kept the product than be yelled at. Good company with a room for improvement! Merry Christmas
