I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by EXALT . Despite their promises, I've been left frustrated and disappointed. I was assured that my money would be refunded if I wasn't satisfied with their services. However, it's been almost a month, and they're still claiming that there's an issue with my information. They keep telling me that something is wrong, but they're not providing any clear explanations or solutions. What's even more disappointing is that I haven't even attended a single interview through their platform. I'm starting to question their commitment to customer satisfaction. The lack of transparency and accountability from EXALT is appalling. I would advise others to think twice before using their services. Multiple times I have contact costumer team but no response

I did not take their services but the set of conversations I have had leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Firstly, the recruitment should not charge upfront. The right way should be to break in 3 staggered instalments which is more suitable. Secondly, the rep is not very professional. She does not give the chance to the other person to speak and the expectations seems like one should agree to all she is telling you. Just not ready to listen and understand a person’s POV. This business needs empathy and understanding. It does not mean that one person should not be given any chance to think and proceed. The over all experience seems like they have a very pushy approach and does not respect others preference and decision. Seems to be concentrating on making money!

I want to share my feedback with ECPS. This was my first experience with Job Consultancy and I am very pleased with the service. EXALT was a very dedicated, professional and efficient. They Really helped me search for employment, I would definitely recommend.The agency was great, the recruiter very experienced, patient and had full knowledge of the job. Really appreciate the help.I like it very much, and they gave me a great chance to join the best job which is best for me. They helped me to crack all my interviews which is the best part of this consultancy. I recommend all friends to visit.
