I could not have asked for a more pleasant experience than I received at the Whitby PT Health Centre. 6 weeks after my foot surgery, I was very discouraged with the slow healing process and needed physiotherapy and massage therapy to heal further. Upon my very first visit I knew I had chosen the right place. I needed to feel the comfort level, that they cared for their patients, and I certainly go that. From the pleasant greeting I got from Stephanie each time I arrived, the encouragement and guidance I received from James to the relaxing massages I had with Lyndsay, I always left my appointments feeling cheerful and hopeful. Not to mention all the great conversations we had. They are a very friendly group. My appointment times were always accommodated as best as they could to suit my needs, which I appreciated. I am pleased to say I have healed much quicker than I thought I would, thanks to the great help I received. I would most certainly recommend them to my family and friends.
