Fast work. Came out same day to fix. Be well aware of pricing and communication with the tech. We made it clear we are paying credit card and we had a coupon for a starting price of 89.99. When the tech arrive he quoted us 350$ right away and was not aware of any coupons on line. We then made him aware we are paying with a credit card and he said “oh well that’s a 4% charge”. Never mention this over the phone when clearly made him aware of payment method. Would not recommend to others. Shop around for better pricing. 350$ for 15 mins is crazy labor. Tech did give us 89 off but that was not even the coupon. Up selling too was distasteful. Total was 293. 350 minus 89 which is is listed Owner just called. Threaten to not honor 1year Warranty if I do not remove my review.
