Exide Care - Annai Battery & Auto Electrical Wor

Not a good experience. I am quite disappointed with the customer service experience. The way customers are spoken to needs improvement, as some of the language used felt inappropriate and unprofessional. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving customer communication and service quality

First I need to tell about owner very I have never seen in my life I was really owner was a kind person that all thing I going to fix my battery owner was detailedly explained customer service was really good manager also very kind Ups battery also available so always come to annai battery.

Irresponsible fellows. My dads 2010 Activa got fitted with an incompatible battery and it gets drained in few days. Whenever he visits they say, its some wiring complaint. In Honda they clearly said its Smaller battery and does not fits old model Activas. Annai battery never accepts their mistake and making him to kickstart it everytime. Very poor service. Completely money minded
