The real estate agent representing the seller reached out to my banker without my knowledge or consent, late in the evening, to request a "comfort letter" that my finances were in place, after the offer was already accepted. This was extremely embarrassing and unprofessional. The closing date was a week and a half ago and I've now had to call twice to have it removed and was told it might not even be today. I will never recommend Exit Realty, and would advise people to stay away if this is accepted behaviour.
