I bought a home from their Realtor james venderkynff. This was our first home, We did not have much information. He did not even tell us what to check on closing day or whether the windows of the house should be checked before buying the house. We did not know what to check on the closing day and because I had fever on the closing day, my husband came to see the house with Realtor james. The day we moved into the house, we found out that our dryer was not working. Whenever we talked to the james about any problem, his reply was that it is not a big deal. After buying this house I felt that James's involvement was only limited to selling the house.

Horrible experience. Had an accepted offer on the table that very much appears to have been a ghost offer. The offer came in days prior to my listing expiring so I extended the listing to accommodate. As it turns out there was never a deposit made (I wasn’t told there wasn’t) there was never an application made to IRAC. Paperwork was never sent to my lawyer. When I requested my purchase of sale agreement to be sent to me I was completely ignored. I found out none of this until a month later when I received an offer on another property just prior to expiration and when I told them I wasn’t extending my listing it magically fell off the table. I would definitely not recommend EXIT to anyone.
