Out of the 6 pieces of fruit we ordered most of the fruit was not ripe. One piece of fruit was completely mouldy inside. Another didn't arrive and they attached a note to say we would get a refund but we never got a refund. For the I paid, I expected a much better service.
I pay next day delivery did not receive the items then wrote an email to cancel they send the parcel as driver left it on doorstep I was unable to identify and refuse upon door.Unable to identify parcel as no tracking given and another name on the box. Poorly pack a simple box with bit transparent tape. Fruit not fresh wet looking and damage 26£ to the drain will try to get refunded even partially which cause stress and waist of time. Do not order! Is my advice and I do not recommend the company
Ordered on Sunday evening and it arrived early this morning at 8.10. All fruit in tact, beautifully riped, well packaged to prevent rotting and bruising. I could smell the freshness when I brought them out the box. Very happy. I will order again to try out the next batch of different fruits 🤪
