Ugh, where do I even start with Printability? I went in hoping to get their resume typing service, because, you know, job hunting is rough out here, and I thought they’d help me present myself well. Anyway, I was met with absolute chaos. First off, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than actually helping customers. I waited for ages, and when I finally got someone’s attention, they were super dismissive. I mean, c’mon! I needed a polished resume, not some half-hearted attempt at typing. The service was so overpriced for what I got. They promised a turnaround in a couple of days, but I ended up waiting over a week. When I finally got my resume, it was riddled with typos and formatting issues. Like, seriously? I could’ve done better myself on Microsoft Word! I tried reaching out to them for a fix, but they just shrugged it off, saying it’s "how it is." Ugh, I was beyond frustrated. I expected professionalism, and all I got was a waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of Printability. You deserve better!

I recently used Printability for so-called passport photos, and I must say, the experience was a complete letdown. I needed these photos for an urgent trip, but their service was anything but urgent. First, the so-called "professional" staff seemed more interested in their phones than helping customers. I waited an eternity just to be acknowledged. When I finally got my photos, they were of such poor quality, I couldn’t believe it. The lighting was horrendous, making me look like a ghost! The so-called “photo experts” didn’t even bother to check the specifications for passport photos. I had to go to another place to get them redone, which wasted both my time and money. Printability’s lack of attention to detail and customer service is appalling. For a firm that specializes in printing, they sure don’t know what they’re doing. I can’t stress enough how disappointed I am. Save your money and go somewhere else!

Well, let me tell ya about my experience with Printability printing firm on W 24th St. I needed a computer rental to get some work done on the road, ya know? I thought, “How hard can it be?” Turns out, pretty freakin’ hard. I walked in, and the staff were like they were in a daze. Took forever to get any help, brb while they were all chatting among themselves. Finally, when I got someone, they acted like I was interrupting their break or something. I mean, come on! I needed that computer ASAP! When I finally got to rent one, it was like using a dinosaur. Super slow, kept crashing. I tried to explain my issue, and they just shrugged. No one cared! I mean, I’m on a deadline here, and they were just like, “Oh well.” IDK how they stay in business with that kind of service. To top it all off, I was charged extra for a “cleaning fee” when I returned it. Seriously? For what, dust? It’s a total rip-off! If you’re a truck driver like me, don’t waste your time or money here. 1-star all the way.
