Expansive 100 S. State Street

We transitioned from a very large office space to The Studio and have had great success. It's cost-effective, the staff are excellent and highly responsive, the environment is clean, bright, and energetic. Everything in the space is updated and new, plus it has a ton of amenities that make the shared work area ultra pleasant. They have great perks such as Monday breakfast in the kitchen and Happy Hour on Thursday afternoon where you can meet others in the office who aren't part of your company. There are phone booths to take quiet calls, beautiful conference rooms that are always open, and even breakout spaces on other floors we have access to for lunch, nap pods, hair appointments (salon is open on Wednesdays), and even quick massages. If you're looking for a modern workplace, this is it.

All I can say is, WOW. My two colleagues and I were looking for shared office space over a year ago and were getting frustrated with each option we toured showcasing the same cookie cutter theme and vibe. A loft style space, complete with keg beer, ping pong tables and bean bag chairs where everyone was rocking skinny jeans, vape pens and hoodies. The noise was loud, the lighting was dark & dreary and it looked like the cleaning service had taken a week off. We were about to give up until we discovered Studio. We took our first steps in and were immediately greeted with a warm and friendly welcome in an environment that was spotless, modern and professional looking. It felt like Dorothy first walking into Oz and things instantly going from black & white to vibrant color. After taking a tour, and learning how reasonably priced they were, we were sold. Since then, they have exceeded our every expectation and clients that meet us there for coffee are always remarking at how nice the space is and how courtious the person at the reception desk was. Best of all, our weeks are filled with gourmet breakfasts on Monday's as well as fun and engaging happy hours which the staff hosts (last week was a bow-tie and martini theme)- always an enjoyable way to meet other tenants (who invariably share our satisfaction). The space couldn't be more perfect- standing desks in our office, private conference rooms available for any size group and even private potty's! Highly, highly recommend.

We are a company in downtown undergoing renovations and needed swing space. Studio has been a great experience, their staff is wonderful. We love it so much that we may never leave.
