I took my car in because it kept stalling on me. I dropped it off on a Friday and finally on Tuesday they called me and said they’re not sure what the problem is, but they wanted to start with replacing the alternator which was gonna cost me $1100. I told them that’s more than half what the car was worth and since they didn’t know even that would fix the problem. Autozone has these fir around $100. I said I’ll get a second opinion. When I got the car back, I noticed parts sitting on the passenger seat, my armrest was broken off and sitting on the back floor. My cupholder was broken and the piece that goes around the battery was sitting on my passenger seat. My power steering pump was loose and the bolt was sitting up by the windshield wipers. I called them to ask them why they would leave my car like this and they outright lied to me, saying they never touched any of those pieces. When I dropped the car off all the pieces were fine and nothing was sitting on the passenger seat. When I picked up the car it was like this, so obviously they are the ones that did this. So I paid $100 for a misdiagnosis and getting my car back with broken pieces and parts removed. Come to find out I had water in my gas tank. It’s a combination of incompetence and ignorance if you deal with this place. Take your car somewhere else you’ll be much happier.

The guys and gals over at the Elkam location are top notch! Super friendly, super fast and super reliable. I got my AC re-charged here and man they did a phenomenal job. I have a classic truck and am picky about where it gets serviced, and let me tell you, I’ll only be coming here from now on!

First-time at this particular location, the ladies at the front desk were super nice and squeezed me in last minute for an oil change. They got me in and out faster than I expected and gave me a great price. I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future.
