I called Expert Roofing, and Roy not only gave me a reasonable quote but sent his man over after work that evening. Troy not only replaced the boot but voluntarily caulked all others to protect them, and he blew the debris off of my entire roof. Don’t use this company. Stay away, as far as you can. He doesn’t do quality work, made our roof leak more than it was before he started, and he uses the threat of lawsuits to try and strong arm you into paying him. Below is the mess he left us with.
