SCAM !🚨 DON’T GO ! I sent my TV back through them, with the guarantee from their employee that Amazon always covers the shipping fees. Conclusion - a TV that’s never been received by Amazon (but that I still got to get reimbursed, at least) and I never got my 555.05$ shipping fees reimbursed by Amazon despite what the employee said! (On top of that they ask for a tip, in which world are we living?)

🚨 DO NOT USE EXPERT SHIPPING UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES 🚨 If you value your time, money, and sanity, stay FAR AWAY from Expert Shipping. This is by far the most incompetent, dishonest, and outright shady business I have ever dealt with. 📌 THE SCAM: • They inflated shipping fees to ridiculous amounts (quoted x 5 times envelope going to Toronto). • When called out, they ignored emails, dodged calls, and outright REFUSED to justify their nonsense charges. 📌 THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON-EXISTENT: • Nobody answers the phone, ever. Just go ahead and try ! • Emails? Ignored. • Follow-ups? They “promise” to take action, and then… crickets. 📌 THE FINAL STRAW: • They held my mail hostage for WEEKS without sending it. • They lost mail for months and blamed carriers instead of owning their incompetence. 🚨 BOTTOM LINE: STAY AWAY. 🚨 This is NOT a real shipping company. This is a scam operation that preys on people who trust them to do their job. 📢 AVOID AT ALL COSTS! If I could give negative stars, I would.

Excellent service!!!! I called beforehand to have information about the prices and delivery time. Saadallah was very helpful and gave me all information I wanted to know via phone and he gave me a couple of options to send my package. I went there with my package and he was very kind and very professional. He helped me with all documentation and even carried the package for me since it was a bit heavy. I am overall very satisfied with the service.

The worst company. Today the guy said until 6pm then we arrived at 4pm and no one there. Irresponsible and liar. I have to go without my luggage to the airport. 🤬
