The worst hair cut ever. RUN. She will cut your hair shorter than you want and UNEVEN and not listen to instructions. Her salon is VERY unhygienic and she is SO unprofessional. She left the hair dryer on the floor and I could see MOLD on her towel. If I can help anyone from this review it is worth it. My haircut at Betty brought me to tears.

Betty knows how to cut hair l. My hair grows a bit different from the back compared to the front and she takes her time to make sure it looks well blended Even some more high end places there stylists didn't know how to cut my hair and I ask for very generic styles.

This is the WORST hair styling and customer service I have ever received in my life! I spent over $100 on their hair products and on top of that I got a haircut. I asked for layers and they chopped the front half of my hair in a straight cut. It was NOT layers at all. I was so heartbroken so I went back and they promised me that they would fix it for free but they did not apologize for their mess up. My hair takes so long to grow so after 2-3 months of waiting for it to grow back I call them to receive my fix on the front layers/bangs and they denied me service and were SO EXTREMELY rude about it. I would post the photo here but it makes me so sad that I don’t want to show it to anyone. I am absolutely shocked by this wrongful treatment and I would NOT recommend this hair salon to anyone. My hair ended up looking like Edna’s from The Incredibles when I asked for layers. This is my first time writing a bad review, thoroughly disappointed. I would NOT recommend this place.
