Matt RidgewayThese guys are great. I’m surprised to see a rating of only 3.7 on average. I have probably bought 40-50 pairs of shoes for myself (trainer and boot geek) and my wife/daughters. The service has been great every time. I have rung and asked them to withhold the invoice on several occasions as it’s been a gift and they have happily done it. The only issue I’ve ever had was with a pair of K-Swiss starting to fall to pieces after a few months. They gave me a refund on those. Not sure what some other people have had happen, but this is THE place to get cheap trainers.
Leilei Zhu (Leilei)The shoes are quite decent. But when I got it two weeks ago, they charge delivery fee £1. Today I saw the same pair is on another 20% off so I wanted to get another pair but I was so surprised to see the delivery charge becomes this: "The first 1-3 pairs are £3.49, 4-9 pairs are £6.99 and 10-15 pairs is £12.99", so the discount worked out more expensive. I dont like this type of dishonesty. I dont think I will shop there again.

The delivery is super quick and when I had an issue customer services were fab. Watch out for their promotions too I got 20% off and free delivery and they even sent me a loyalty card with my order too. Keep it going Express I will definitely be back for more.
